Focus: Appreciate What the Lord has done for you

WORD FOR TODAY
The desire for what we do not have most of the time beclouds our sense of appreciation to God. If you want God to do something for you, learn how to appreciate what God has done for you!!!

Sometimes, as humans we engage in frantic race in a bid to achieve something for ourselves. The fact that our eyes are set to achieving a goal beclouds our sight over what God has helped us to achieve. We tend to be dissatisfied with our present state due to the setbacks we experienced in our pursuit. This tends to make us ungrateful to God for what He has done.

Each time you find yourself in a state that looks as if God has not done anything for you be mindful of the fact that the devil is near to steal your blessing. The truth about life is that what others don't have is what you have and vice versa. God has done much more than enough for you; He deserves to be praised at all times.

That you are alive today, is enough reason to appreciate God. There is nothing to worry about in life because your life is a work in progress in the hands of God. Your primary assignment is to worship God for who He is and what He has done in your life.

Prayer Point:
Lord! I bless you for bringing me this far; thank you for what you have done, what you are doing and what you will do in Jesus name. Amen!!!

Main Emphasis:
The way forward in the journey of destiny depends on how much you can look back and appreciate God for bringing you this far!!!
