I am aware there are thousands of such blogs/websites out there. But the most important thing revolves around being unique and offering easy-to-digest tutorials.

So, I don't just intend to make it a free learning platform, I am also intending to make it a business through different monitization methods such as ads placements and sponsored contents.

While I could perform some analyses on the niche, I need your pieces of advice, inputs and suggestion as experienced persons.

What is the potential of such a niche blog centered on offering PHP tutorials? I'll like to know before I start the development of the platform from scratch. Thank you...
