MC is not a pubic official, he's not even in charge of any transportation agency in Lagos and I'm not the state government or the government official in charge of transportation so if you have any worries about the activities of the transport workers, do the right thing and contact the state agency in charge of transportation and motor parks anywhere in Nigeria to lodge your complaint.
