Nigerian army behaving like a cult, they don't like to be questioned or criticised even when it's clear they are wrong like the case with borno state governor at near jimtilo, the army will give you a million reasons why they are not performing but they don't appreciate the value of other security bodies, nothing is now heard of the soldiers that kill policeman in taraba but if you get reverse we're to be the case they will go on rampage, with all these unconvincing attitudes they still expect all citizens to support them without questions all the time,I just wonder how that's possible.

This not a conventional war, this is gorrila warfare and it's not fight that way.

Consistent and proactive surveillance is the key. What prevents have 20 military check points from kaduna to Abuja to fight against bandits and secure that highway for traveller's? No, they won't do that because it is not eastern Nigeria

Am a Muslim, but Kai Hausa have big problem not only in religion but language too, if you go to north and you don't communicate with Hausa you re in trouble, what a Bleep? In Islam Allah did not command us to force ourselves on people, Islam means peace, Hausa should work hard on language criticism, because in the north is you can speak Hausa language you re their brothers even if you re a criminal which is very bad, let Hausa know that the problem that is facing Nigeria can be solve if we only ready to expose criminal that live among us,

If it's something only prayers can do, we won't be experiencing insurgency. Even in the Bible, the children of God did not only pray against the enemies, they fought and God gave them victory.

Buhari is not serious in this Boko Haram fight. How big is north east that a thorough combined military force of all our armed forces can't bring to a halt Boko Haram attacks?
Have u asked ur self why is it that the powerful U.S forces has been unable to finish off the Taliban? Fighting insurgency is not that plain simple. Don't forget the insurgents have hostages

There's a reason I call it gorilla warfare, the enemies aren't out there... they are within.

In such war, there's no amount of surveillance you can mount that will have any positive impact.
There are informant from those in the Battleground to those in top military ranking.

It's a thing Eastern OR southern thingy.

The military armed robbers.
The insecurity in the country was caused by those greedy retired officers.

Boko haram is fighting against the senseless system that enslave common man on the street.

Nigeria is poverty capital of the world.

LegendHero:
“ Commenting on the promotion of Lt. General Lamidi Adeosun, the Chief of Policy and Plans, Army, to a 3 star General in the Nigerian Army, Gen Marwa said, ” It only takes a man like Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai to agree and to recommend another officer to be a Lt. Gen while he is still in the same service.”

So we now have two Lt. General currently in Nigeria?

I guess it's a huge national achievement that calls for an award from the UN Lol.

Taliban is not operating on US soil. They dare not. But Boko Haram is controlling large territories in Nigeria. Same for Fulani bandits (which seem to be sponsored by Buhari's FG).

Terrorism in Nigeria is becoming a difficult one to be conquered, lots of sabotage in the system and since everything in Nigeria is politics then it's a pity there won't be any sight of close victory over insurgency
Not just terrorism. Everything bad that comes to the country festers and grows. The only thing Niggerians were able to get rid of is Ebola

If you think boko haram is a Nigerian thing, then you are mistaken. This guys come to fight and disappear into other African countries. 70% of bh fighters are not even Nigerian.
That is why finishing them off is not possible. You just have to keep winning every battle when. They show up.
