Fig Health Store is in need of an Operations Supervisor at its Lekki Phase 1, Lagos office. The successful candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities;

- Supervise junior employees in the efficient performance of their duties
- Ensure employees are in full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Institute disciplinary measures for infractions of company rules and regulations, including writing query letters
- Ensure premises are kept neat and tidy at all times
- Maintain records of diesel consumption, monitor usage and ensure re-orders when due
- Liaise between suppliers and the store to ensure products are re-ordered as at when due and suppliers are paid on time
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Prepare periodic reports for management on store and company activities
- Prepare weekly production schedule and oversea implementation of such schedule

The successful candidate will possess HND or higher in the Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field and should have a minimum of 4 years experience at a supervisory level.

Salary: N100,000 monthly
Work days: Monday to Saturday
Resumption time: 8.00am
Closing time: 8.00pm officially, but sometimes later
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
