This event, usually named ‘Match for Africa’, aims to raise funds in support for the Roger Federer Foundation. Federer was defeated out of the Australian Open tennis in the semi-finals by eventual champion Novak Djokovic with Swiss tennis legend affected by a small injury during the match.
