Sometimes it is not just about 1 person. Have you asked yourself what must have made 47 people to vote against Trump? She felt something was wrong and took her shot to correct it, even if it was not as bad as she felt it or it was not a case strong enough to impeach the president, the 47 vote in support of her view is an evidence that she was not totally wrong. Her action will also help trump to achieve more because he now know that someone who will not take things for granted is right behind him, watching every of his steps and actions.
