This is a man that buys stolen phones and other properties from thieves and his customers, when they want to get high. How do they secure their life and property, when the chairman who will be king of boys is also the king of petty thieves. The security agencies in the boundary ajegunle area know him very well and they should do everything possible to stop any future crisis if this mistake is made. He can also be asked to sign an undertaken so as to make sure he will behave himself once he is made the chairman.
