CAMPBELL: ARSENAL SHOULDN'T LOSE AUBAMEYANG

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s contract with Arsenal expires this summer, which means the club needs to take care of its renewal. If the Gunners fail to sign Pierre for the next season games, they will have to sell the footballer. This may lead to the strengthening of a rival team. This opinion was expressed by Kevin Campbell, who played for the London club from 1988 to 1995.

Unlike another Arsenal former player Paul Merson, who said last month that the Gunners shouldn't worry about losing Aubameyang, Campbell sees Pierre as a valuable team-member. According to him, Arsenal should offer better conditions to the footballer so that they fit his ambitions. If he leaves, the club will have to use funds from his sale to strengthen the squad.

During the January transfer window, FC Barcelona was thinking about buying Aubameyang. Ultimately, the Catalans have failed to get anyone. Now that Barça needs an emergency replacement, the new signing has to be a La Liga player.
