This people @clubkonnect have a way of taking people's money without doing the necessary services, my fault was testing them without taking the necessary steps to enquire if they delivery, man was I wrong!

I made a deposit 6 35 am on Friday morning being the 7th of February 2020, I waited for my wallet to be credited, still nothing after following the instructions given for the mode of payment used.

Fast forward five hours later going to noon or there abour, called their customer care line in the contact us section, after several attempts one lady picked and abruptly told me with all rudeness that they haven't seen my transaction and cut the call on me.

Now I tried their twitter, nairaland handle, no response, so I came tell nairalanders that the shiny advert in the phone section is fake and a scam, @clubkonnect does every thing to frustrate you so you leave your cash, but me I won't o, I will pester them just for the joy of it until I am settled, here is a screenshot of transaction.

Please Clubkonnect. I recharged this no (07086033027) with airtime of 500 since evening and it has not yet be credited.

I will attached the transaction receipt below.

Please I need you to help me credit it ASAP.

And also I was unable to generate a pin since morning.

Your issue might just be a payment gateway problem. Have been using clubconnect for more than 2years now and I always use interswitch payment gateway the pen with 1.5% charges and before the final page load I have been credited and their data is automatic delivery. So they are legit. Mind you I'm not their agent neither do I have any link to share. Just don't spoil or bad mouth other businesses due to an hiccup. And those he didn't reply he might be busy so take it easy
