You have to get this reality that despite their excesses, Kenya and Ethiopia thrive in these endurance sports. Due to their environment and government awareness and contributions.

They are known for endurance race.

Read they drink fresh cow blood for sustainance.

Unless u live in hilly area and practice there, u can never win this type of race.

Nigeria should stop hosting this competition if its not for Nigerian alone.
No joy in competing.

When we are busy eating poundo and drinking beer, they are busy practising in rough mountain terrains on strict diets.

Which one is Lagos City Marathon? It's Access Bank Lagos City Marathon. A great amount of money went to the organization of this project, if you must report the news at least be fair and give the free pr in peace
