The Position:
We’re looking for an Assistant Production Manager to assist the Production Farm Manager. His responsibility will primarily be fulltime monitoring and supervision of production activities.

Requirements:
• A diploma or first degree of any class is fine. We’re looking for good communication skills, a good level of intellect/discretion and an ability to use simple reporting software. If you’ve got all those without a degree, feel free to apply. A degree or education in crop production or related disciplines is an added advantage.
• An ability to drive is a great advantage but an ability to ride a motorcycle is mandatory (you will need to ride to the farm).
• Must be able to live in a company-provided accommodation in Iseyin, Oyo State. You will ride here to the farm (a 45-minute ride) as often as necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Your responsibility is supervision and reporting. You’ll be the Production Manager’s eyes, ears, and mouth. We won’t ask you to till the ground.
• You may be required to handle some quick off-farm tasks (such as meeting a vendor or making some quick purchases) to keep the wheel rolling. The company will bear the costs of such tasks.

The Location:
The Company’s Administrative Office is in Ibadan, Oyo State but you’ll be working at the Iseyin, Oyo State. Note that Iseyin is not a village! The accommodation is located at Sawmill, Iseyin – a great place with good electricity supply, modern road and communication infrastructures, religious centers, and a low crime rate.
