Lagos – Yinka Odumakin, spokesperson of Afenifere has berated the Attorney -General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami for looking the other way, following the launch on Wednesday of Northern security outfit, codenamed Operation Shege Ka Fasa.

In a press statement made available to journalists on Sunday, Odumakin maintained that the clash of civilisations, as manifested by the response of some Northern people to Operation Amotekun, which he said was won by the defiance of the West and its allies for progress across Nigeria against the internal colonialists in Abuja.

He said that the launch of Amotekun might have informed the decision for the formation of the Northern security outfit by the Coalition of Northern groups when it unveiled the security outfit code-named Operation ‘Shege Ka Fasa.’ which means “I dare you” on Wednesday, a day before Northern security summit.

“We know the lumpen youth are not daring the bandits who are natives but the assertive will of the governors and people of Oduduwa land on Amotekun with the thinking that their federal government will now come in and ban all regional security outfits.

AGF Malami declared Amotekun illegal after 48 hours but is yet to declare Operation "Shege Ka Fasa" illegal since it was launched.

The level of favouritism in this present government speaks volume.. Ethnic injustice reigns supreme in Nigeria.

If they like let them name it operation shege ka mango.

The AGF will look the other way. He was fast to speak out in protection of his people against Amotekun which was incepted to target criminals.

I feel sorry for the north. So many years in power yet nothing to show for it. Always afraid of anything that looks like restructuring because they are not ready.

Truly speaking, how come the AGF is yet to find his voice since the launch of Shege Ka FASA or what's it called

See them? Wicked hypocrites them.The government does not want to provide security but dont want us to protect ourselves.However, Operation "Shege Fasa" have been in existence for the past 4days now but no even a cough from the AGF.

The TRUE intentions of the govt should be clear to all. The Fulani have always been conquest minded. They feel the whole Nigeria belongs to them. The south must bury old hatreds and come together against a common Filani enemy.

I swear I was just thinking of this yesterday that till now AGF has not uttered a word about Shege Kasa but within 6 hours of the launch of Amotekun he issued a strongly worded statement
