What are some postures typically used in a traditional Nigerian setting.

The squat, for example, is a traditional pose usually reserved for non educated folks. However, it's very popular in bodily fitness exercises.

I myself have done squats at some point.

Many traditional Nigerian statues show the squatting posture.
