Sudan's rulers have agreed that ex-President Omar al-Bashir be sent to The international criminal court at the Hague to face charges there.

"Justice cannot be achieved if we don't heal the wounds," said Mohammed Hassan Eltaish, a spokesman for the Sudanese government.

ICC prosecutors in The Hague requested that the former leader stand trial over the Darfur killings and issued an arrest warrant for him on charges of genocide, war crimes.

The UN says that in addition to those killed in fighting between local armed groups, and Bashir's forces and government-backed militia - such as the infamous supporter of APC - around 2.5 million people were displaced in the war.

Prosecutors in Sudan have also charged him with the killing of protesters during the demonstrations that led to him being ousted.

Same thing will happen to osama Buhari for the serial killing of unarmed IPOB agitators whose only offense was demanding for their God given rights to be on their own.

Sarkozy blew up Libya and was response for the death of then of thousands innocent civilians not only that he spearheaded NATO's attack on Syria an attack that used the so-called ISIS fighters as proxies.
Today no European has asked for the arrest of Sarkozy. The man is having fun traveling all over the world and enjoying a lavish life thanks to the billions of Euros he stole from Libya.
So why are we African sending our leaders to Europe?
Bashir can be tried by the Sudanese court.

Slam dunk case. The actual killers were a militia named supporter of APC or something like that.
Armed by the govt under Bashir.
Death toll said to be over 200k and 2m displaced.
Bashir will never go to a hotel and drink a soda like I will always do.
Case closed.
