The Reporting Line

This role reports to the Head of Marketing

Job Purpose
Implement marketing communication strategies and master brand positioning work-stream across all touch-points to garner sustainable equity growth and stakeholders management.
How You’ll Add Value

Implement marketing and corporate communication strategy in actualizing our corporate ambitions in tandem with market dynamics and industry realities
Drive the execution of an effective marketing communication ecosystem planning/ objectives.
Drive the implementation of an optimal media mix to deliver master brand objectives.
Build strong agency partnerships to deliver effective and creative brand marketing
Formulate, direct and coordinate brand management initiatives and strategies to foster Brand awareness; customer acquisition and engagement; customer loyalty.as well as overall master brand equity growth
Manage production of brand literature, web pages and all marketing-led events, internal communications as well as promotional gifts and merchandise materials.
Partner with IT to maintain and manage contents on the company’s website.
Partner with Corporate Communication to manage external media liaison strategies
Partner with Product team to support new launches, as well as deliver aggregated marketing plans in conjunction with the team
Partner with Commercial to land channel marketing executions in tandem with overall marketing strategies
Partner with required agencies to implement, monitor, evaluate and course-correct (where necessary) the media strategies and processes.
Own master brand communication strategies and execute best-in-class communication strategies across all strata of stakeholders.
Proactively implement media crisis management strategies and promptly resolve issues, if any.
Manage communication efforts and liaise with related third party agencies, vendors and retail business partners
Optimize brand strategy and execution to keep pace with the evolving consumer, retailer and competitive environment
