I need to register for CCNA to add more value to my chance of getting a job. Does this really make any sense when I actually studied Animal Production at 1st degree?

I studied microbiology,i've been lucky to get to the final stage of some banks interview,but what gives me out is where i can fit in,so i did ccna to increase my chances insuch case,i'll really like to work in my field,but the jobs are not there,it's up to you to make a choice.
