Please who else has received such a charge from CBN, purportedly called "CBN Cash Limit Charge" How can a low income worker like me be charged N5,583.  Which kind country be this one sef. People are moving 500million monthly freely with no charge, then my lean bread will be charged 5k. I dey go sleep for Access Bank today.
