One hungry country signing visa waiver agreement with another hungry country is not good news. The day Nigeria signs visa waiver agreement with a meaningful country, mark my words, the number of people that will remain in Nigeria will not be up to ten million. These less than ten million will be made up of the old, the sick and infants.
