Access bank debited me 23k for 9 working days now. I used their atm card and machine in their own bank. They told me I will get refund in the next 7 to 10 working days...
The manager practically ignored me in his office like I don't exist, the staffs don't want to stress themselves answering me, they just say "wait 7 to 10 working days"

I have seen people write about their refund pending for more than 1 month.

I also noticed at least 3 complains Everytime I go to the bank.

This happened at agbor, Delta state.

Has anyone had this kind of bad experience with access bank?
What should I do? Act out?

What is CBN rules on this failed transaction and refund beyond 24/48hrs?

D one day happened to me was worse December29 I transferred 100k to my zenith account tru ATM so my wife can use d card when she travels
Has usual transaction failed
Got home I was debited 3times 300k
Wanted to run mad waited till 3rd dis year filling forms start I did everything
3 weeks later money never reserve
When to der office was told is not der departmentto reserve money until I called der customer care number

That bank na Useless bank my 2500 has been hanging for about 1 month now just because I go cinema go watch movie they debit me but the people at the cinema said it was a failed transaction I had to pay with cash since then I have made several calls but they kept moving the date
