Thugs on Friday invaded the home of the Bayelsa State governor-elect, Duoye Diri, following the issuance of Certificate of Return by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The Supreme Court had on Thursday nullified the election victory of Lyon following the November 12, 2019 judgment of the Federal High Court in Abuja, which had disqualified APC’s deputy governorship candidate, Degi-Eremienyo in the election for submitting forged certificates to INEC.
