thats why farmers needs to look for alternatives and stop hoping for the rains to come

stop complaining about the rain and create a borehole in your farms,

go and watch youtube videos to learn how to make self watering techniques for farming nowadays,

people are not really bothered because there is still enough foodstuffs and crops in the market,

when it is scarce then will you see everyone crying and complaining

But-
If only d normal rain falls, it will mean late planting or inadequate water supply for crops.
Causing a possible food shortage, even famine.
Who knows when planting season starts?

go to even their lowest villages they all have boreholes for farming.

Op why dont you tell those rural farmers to contribute and pay for boreholes that can be used by most of them,

they can do it like this,
2-3 farmers are to contribute and create a borehole to be used for their farms,

There still must be a way,

those rural villages dont use their God given senses and they just rely simply on rainfall,
