Barca's manager made four changes from their squad who won 3-2 at Real Betis six days ago.

Gerard Pique came back from suspension to replace Lenglet, who is himself serving a ban after getting sent off last weekend.

Alba comes in for Firpo at left-back. Arthur and Fati are also recalled to the side, taking over from benched duo Semedo and Vidal, with the versatile Roberto dropping back into defence.

The home team secured their win at half time as they recorded the both goals at half time. The scoreline at the end of first half was 2 goals to nothing 2-0.




At the second half, the away team needed an early goal to get back in the game. They amped up the pressure with more players going forward and more crosses into the box in the first 10 minutes.

However, Barca tried to control the game and not allow any big chances, and after 20 minutes they had weathered the storm and looked good for the win.

At last, Getafe came up with a great goal out of nowhere: nice cross from Jaime Mata and a sensational volley from Barca target Angel.

Getafe had another big chance with a free-kick into the box, and Ter Stegen pulled off a magical save to avoid the equalize.

Barcelona went on a huge counter attack and Griezmann found himself alone in front of goal, but sent his shot to the skies and missed a golden chance.
