Serial investor, philanthropist and business mogul, Chief Ben Odunzeh has emerged the 2020 Most Outstanding Real Estate Investor of the year according to the report by the intelligence unit of The Nollywood Mandate organiser of the annual Nollywood Economic Outlook and Good Governance Award.

Speaking during an interactive session with media editors in Lagos, Dr. Don Pedro Aganbi, National Coordinator, Nollywood Mandate Group, stated that Chief Odunzeh's passion, consistency and innovation in the real estate ecosystem has endeared him to many and has earned him the prestigious Real Estate Investor of the Year Award.
