Soldiers don't rehabilitate, there are forces that was empowered to forced down the peace down your throat by Fiat or force, therefore that's why they were trained to killed, decimated, humiliated and cause trouble for those who had murderer peace like Boko Haram and bandits.Rehabilation of any terrorist or come to terms of repentancy without punishment is completely undermine the primary duty of Armed forces..No justification or explaination we healed the wound it has created in the heart of soldiers.. What's bad is bad there is no other name for it.The action is amount to wasting of human resources, fine officers, wasting of country taxes, ridicul the common knowledge of learned worlds

People (paid and soul-less e-diots) come on here arguing about vision less parties (APC,PDP,whatever). At the rate things are going, govt will start paying herdsmen not to kill more than 100 people a week (maybe N2billion monthly). The presidency just indirectly blamed some victims for defending their dear lives, RUGA is going on, Shekau who has been killed 9 times has come back from the grave to threaten both the presidency and a minister...

I mean how much sh*t will this failure of a generation put up with before it comes to its senses?
