Ali a respected lawyer shouldn't be saying this. The Supreme Court can reverse itself in two ways 1. Setting aside a precedent 2. Reversing a previous judgement The Supreme Court is not final because they are infallible. They are infallible because they are final. Being final does not mean they can't reverse themselves, they are final because you can't appeal their judgement in a higher court. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Nigeria is just sick, I feel very sad about everything happening in Nigeria. Most things defy logic in Nigeria and this IMO case is one of them. |
