I am a Medical Welfare Officer in a Teaching Hospital in the country.My job has exposed me to series of problems encountered by nigerians at accessing medical and healthcare services.These include lack of fund,lack of information and socio-psychological factors.
My intention is to set an NGO that will see to these challenges thus making healthcare delivery system easier,accessible and affordable for Nigerians.But my major problem is that I dont know how to start my project.
