There' been a foul smell around Rivers state secretariat (close to govt house) in port harcourt, since yesterday. There's this awful smell in the air, that keeps coming and going.. Really dont know where the smell is coming from or what could be the cause of the bad smell around that area

The state environmental authorities should try and look into the matter asap, before it gets out of hand.
