Nothing like a misplaced priority..you're not from Ebonyi, only Ebonyi people can say that and from what I see they're happy with giant strands of the governor, so what's your bitterness all about?

I love how the people voluntarily exhibited the deficiencies in their society in public.

This is a canopy, not a tunnell. Due to fact you have unstable soil thats prone to pressure shifts, it is highly unlikely any engineer worth his salt will approve a design to construct a tunnell anywhere in SE. So this structure you are looking at is above ground level and is a canopy.

A tunnell is a structure dug below ground level and is usually a burrow through the soil, with an entry point and an exit on opposite ends.

This structure, judging by standards of public structures in SE, is beautiful and a good landmark for Ebonyi.

Also, there are clearly stress points on the canopy. The stress points are such that you cannot use glass as a material in the overall design. You want a flexible material that can respond to movements and shifts without compromising its strength. Glass material cannot do that. A material called plexiglass can. So what you are looking at is a plexiglass canopy over a stretched walkway.

People should free Engineer Umahi, he is trying his best to position his state and elevate the living standard of his people.

Whether the glass tunnel is just for cosmetics or for other means wouldn’t change the fact that he is at least trying to do something for his people.

We sometimes hear his stride in infrastructures and other developmental project too and I think we should give kudos to him.

What about other states governor that can’t boast of any development during their reign.
