According to EFCC Chairman Ibrahim Magu; “Corruption is the biggest strategy to human kind. Your excellency, corruption is worse than all the diseases now running about. “And I strongly believe, Your Excellency, that even the coronavirus is caused by corruption."

I think he was just trying to be sarcastic, what I don’t understand is the corruption is a strategy to mankind. He’s a rather dull man actually. That’s what you get when merit don’t get roles but quota or loyalty
