Good day guys, I have this permanent national ID card and it has expiry date (Nov 2019), I do not really understand why a permanent card will have expiry date, For some reasons I do not want to upload my NID though but I wanted to use it to do some few things like Bank stuffs etc, I want to know if I can still use it after it has expired or should I get a new one?
