Hi everyone my name is ade and I was once dependent on hard drugs. What I'm about to discuss isn't new to anyone we all hear and see it in our various society.
The effects of hard drugs abuse on our life as teenagers, youth and adult is purely catastrophic. Everyone starts the same way using the drug or drugs for a specific reason, reading, pain, recreation or whatever issues they face but you see there are three steps drugs takes over a person.

First is TOLERANCE. Now this is when the dosage you started with isn't getting the job done anymore and you realise you have to up the dosage to achieve the feeling you want, at the stage it is still quite easy to get off the "drug wagon" easily but that is rarely the case

Second is DEPENDENCE. When you get here you realise that you have to take the drugs just to feel like yourself, you are no longer taking it for the reason you started with but for you to be able to do what you do daily. Now this is a problem because this is where WITHDRAWAL steps in. Withdrawal is accompanied by different symptoms for different drugs, for instance in the case of TRAMADOL you get;
Chills
Insomnia
Headaches
Diarrhea
Fever
Seizures and so much more.

The reason people find it hard to stop at this level is due to this symptoms, they just can't deal with it.. But there is HOPE.

Third is finally ADDICTION. Now this is the final and worst stage, the withdrawal symptoms would be at the peak, you would need to take high dosage of whatever you are on for sustenance and you also begin to damage your body.

Now all this are just words to try and describe what people with drug abuse are going through it doesn't in any way quantify what people are feeling, it's a tough and very delicate situation but the good news is with proper DETERMINATION, WILL, COURAGE AND MEDICATION anyone can overcome Drugs abuse.

There are two steps in believe are crucial to overcome this problem.

1. You need to open up, tell a trusted guardian, parent or friend because you would need their help and encouragement and like it's truthfully said a problem shared is halfway solved

2. Seek professional advice from a Medical personnel.
