I have a budget of N3m, and looking for a new foreign used model of a popular brand with good second hand value.. 2011>>> e.g Toyota, Mercedes etc.

Go for Acura MDX 2008. That SUV is Spacious, double row seats, More powerful V6 engines than Lexus rx330 2008, Mercedes Benz ML 350 and most importantly, its all wheel drive special Handling and luxurious interior. Buy and Thank Me later boss..

When you have made up your mind on what to buy, then contact me cos is my business to get you any choice car of your choice. ...I believe anyone old enough to buy car should know exactly the type of car he dreams about. But you did the right thing by asking here ....However if you want my opinion I will suggest rx330 or rx350 ....although 350 will be more than your 3m for a fantastic one

Call me will give u a corolla sports 2012 Fulloption or camry 2011 XLE Fulloption or c300 Benz 2010/2011 or Lexus Es2010, Rx330 2005 navigation/Panoramic roof. Also Hyundai Sonata 2011/12 will also be good. Pls note sm might exceed ur budget slightly. Cheers.

I would have suggested an RX since its Toyota, but 3m won't get you a top tokumbo SUV without hidden issues.
Trust dealers to remove catalysts e.t.c
