Shamsudeen Apelogun, National President of the united Commercial Motorcycle and Tricycle Riders Association of Nigeria, has described the okada ban by the Lagos State Government as heartless and thoughtless Shamsudeen Apelogun, who criticize the Lagos State government over it’s conclusion to ban commercial motorcycles from the highways, Have warned that the decision was capable of increasing crimes in the state if it was not reversed.
