COOPA partners Lagos-Based Real Estate Firm to tackle Housing needs in Nigeria

Barely 24 hours after the launch of #ExperienceAkwaIbom Campaign by the Conference of Online Publishers in Akwa Ibom State (COOPA) at the just concluded Social Media Week Lagos, the body is partnering with the Revelation Properties Group, an indigenous Real Estate Company in Lagos, to address the ever-increasing housing deficit in Akwa Ibom State and Nigeria.

Revelation Properties Group is the firm behind several real estate packages such as Landshop.ng, Alacrity City, Lagos; Heritage Homes, Ogun State, Stonecreek Estate, Covenant Estate, Ogun, Maiyegun Beach Estate, ADIVA 2, Emotan Gardens, Benin City, Lakowe Lakes Golf and Country Estate and several projects in Ibeju Lekki including Merit Park, Famous Garden, Green Island, Celebrity Heaven, Country Home and Blue Diamonds.

In its bid to tackling housing issues in Akwa Ibom State, the firm recently acquired land along Airport Road in Uyo for Ibom Estate.

Receiving COOPA delegation on Friday at the Firm's Head Office, Chevron Drive, Lekki Phase 1, Director of Realtors in Revelation Properties Group, Dr Edwin Eno said the Company hopes to provide cost-effective, genuine, Greenfield Real Estate Projects across Nigeria.

Eno who conducted the delegation round the Firm's Head Office, opined that the familiarity visit will foster cordial working relationship between the Revelation Properties Group and COOPA and further expressed confidence in the delegation's ability to market the real estate company.

The delegation was later taken round the Maiyegun Beach Estate Site by the Group Managing Director, Prince David Omaghomi who urged the tech-savvy COOPA contingents to help in creating awareness for the Firm.

Deputy Chancellor of COOPA, Mr Aniekan Ekah who spoke on behalf of the delegation, assured the Firm of COOPA'S readiness to partner the Real Estate Company to realise its core mandate.

The Experience Akwa Ibom Campaign, according to the Chancellor of COOPA, Mr Ifreke Nseowo, is geared towards advancing narratives that will unveil the beauty of Akwa Ibom State to the world in order to attract investment into the State.
