hi, whenever i'm on air board i sometimes feel sick i just want to throw up especially when the plane is about to start or land my stomach just start to stumble like there is this space in my tummy and it mixes like washing machine and i hate the feeling, is it me only? and how do i reduce or stop the feeling, whenever i'm about to go home i feel very excited but when i remember the stomach i'll feel a bit down again even though the feeling is not up to three seconds, i'm about to travel again and my prepearation and packing is being a happy feeling so far but this time i dont want the stomach thingy this time, what should i do. my plan this time is to take an extra fizzy drink but i dont know, reply pls
