The former president led Nigeria to pay its foreign debts that the citizens could not imagine paying
Obasanjo bequeaths democracy to Nigeria. And after 21 years of the Fourth Republic, Nigeria has cause to celebrate your democratic credentials

The Obasanjo-led PDP administration unarguably revolutionized the nation’s investment hub in telecommunication, agriculture, banking, manufacturing, real estate, railways, road infrastructure, electricity, oil & gas, commerce, aviation, health, rural development, among others
Under Chief Obasanjo, Nigerians were empowered, job creation was a priority, massive employment opportunities, and a vibrant pension-system

During Obasanjo’s administration, he built very strong regulatory institutions including the establishment of anti-corruption agencies as well as good security system
It is with no doubts that Obasanjo remains one of the biggest, if not the biggest, political giant that happened to Nigeria
Happy birthday to you You sir
