PRODUCTION OPERATOR MID MACHINE

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Checks that raw materials correspond with the requirements of the product manufactured
• Loads the Wrap sheet material, surge material, loop material, SOAR material
• Prepares splices for the 4 unwinds in this section.
• Operate his/her sector of the diaper machine at target speeds to achieve rate of operation targets
REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of (MDH, Waste,Delay,Ti, Ci,ppm) of the machine to which assigned.
• ND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3 years’ experience on high-speed production equipment, 2 years must be process experience.
• Prior high-speed production machine maintenance or operating experience , especially on Diaper machines will be advantageous
• Computer Literate
