Nigerian musician, MI Abaga has opposed the Anti-social media bill proposed by the Nigerian senate.
Anti-social Media Bill was introduced by the Senate on November 5, 2019 to criminalize the use of the social media in peddling false or malicious information.

The original title of the bill was ‘Protection from Internet Falsehood and Manipulations Bill 2019’ and It was sponsored by Senator Mohammed Sani Musa representing Niger East.
