A police officer was spotted collecting bribe from a motorist.

In a video captured by IgbereTV, the young man is seen asking for his complete balance of N900 after giving the officer a N1000 note.

This probably will NEVER end even in 20 years, because there’s no end in sight for lawlessness in Nigeria. Elections will continue to be rigged, politicians will continue to be corrupt, joblessness will continue to rise and institutions will continue to be underfunded.
