Its pathetic till date salary have not been paid to workers of federal university .At first we taught the school will be paying the salary through the bursary as usual.

Last month January, staff of Federal university otuoke received addition of fifteen thousand naira and above to their salary while junior staffs from level 1 to level 5 received between three to five thousand naira to their salary. The management lead by the vice chancellor Prof.Accra Jaja have not inform the staff till date if they were paid minimum wage or not. Though rumours have it the increment may not come this month.

The account general of the federation announced that lectures who refuses to register with IPPIS will not received February salary,what about other unions that registered, why have they not received their salary till date?

In my own opinion it seems the government are scared of ASSU. If they keep ranting on air that they have save billions and discovered seventy thousand ghost workers through the exercise. What is stopping the Federal government of Nigeria from implementation.
