ogaboss20: It’s currently under a ban. If I were you and you’re truly in a relationship then go ahead and marry. If and when the ban is lifted then you can file a CR1 and you’ll have potential months/years of marriage as evidence. Also if married past 2 years then no condition on your green card. |

There is no evidence that the K1 visa is affected by the ban. People are still being issued the K1 visa so you can apply. There's a K1 visa thread....hopefully youl get some help there 1 Like |
