You should be able to get a bus from Maza Maza to Bayelsa.

If you don't, get a bus going to Delta and drop at Efunrun junction, Take a bus from there to Yenegoa-Bayelsa

Also, You can get a Bus going to Port Harcourt through Delta. It will pass Bayelsa enroute port Harcourt.

Take a bus to Warri or Ughelli
