From a neutral perspective
Chelsea
1.Chelsea need to overhaul the defence line, if it is possible they should halt all their impending transfers and divert most of the cash to upgrade the defence. Zouma, Christensen, Tomori should be substitutes at best.

2. Chelsea needs a very creative Midfielder, most of their mid fielders are the same technically, they need someone in the mould of modric or "peak" fabregas that will ease the burden on their wingers.

3.Chelsea needs a new Goal keeper. it is as simple as that, if a random hen runs to the field, Kepa can not catch it.

4.Lampard is still developing as a coach, but he need to start going psychological with Chelsea, I have noticed that in most matches Chelsea conceded first, winning is always elusive, he needs to break that psychological barrier.

5. having many midfielders doing almost the same job is not cost effective, they need to sell some midfielders to recoup some cash.
