CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN AN INVESTMENT BANKING ORGANISATION
Our firm, located in the Central Business District of Lagos Island, is a global investment banking and financial conglomerate offering services in Corporate Finance, Securities Trading and Wealth Management services group. Due to expansion and reorganization of its operations, we require the services of outstanding, talented and goal-oriented individuals to fill the following vacant position”

1. Corporate Finance Manager
The ideal candidate must have proven/demonstrable experience in corporate, project finance, deal/transaction structuring, capital issuance/ issuing house businesses - equity/debt/M&A. He must be well acquainted with Investment and Securities Act (ISA) as amended to date and other relevant regulations. Preference would be accorded to candidate with practical experience in a relevant financial services / Investment Banking services.

Qualification & Experience
Not less than 10 years cognate experience with HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences and any other numerate course. Possession of professional qualifications like ACA/ACIS/CFA/MBA with sound marketing/computer knowledge /leadership skills will be an added advantage.

Managing Director, Wealth Management
The ideal candidate will be saddled with the coordination of the overall business activities and operational structure of the company, Monitor and report achievements, ensure steady and continuous growth of Assets Under Management (AUM), Ensure the management of a well bonded team to achieve optimum performance and
Generally see to the smooth and profitable running of the operations of the firm in order to meet the company’s targeted financial liquidity goals/objectives
Have primary responsibility for the company’s business development, client acquisition and AUM growth
See that the day-to-day activities and affairs of the company are appropriately managed;
Formulate policies and propose actions that lead to the creation of value for all stakeholders of the company; Develop and recommend to the Board annual business plans, capital and operating plans, and budgets that support the company’s long-term plan and strategies;



Qualification & Experience
Not less than 15 years cognate experience in Asset/Wealth Management or similar roles. Possession of post graduate certification and any of the professional qualifications like ACA/ACIS/CFA/MBA with experience in business strategy development, sales & marketing, product development and leadership skills are strongly required.

2. Head, Research & Strategy
The ideal candidate will on daily basis conduct studies on macro/micro financial and economic sources to extrapolate investment trend analysis, identify investment opportunities from the financial market (bonds, equities, money market instrument, etc.), prepare periodic economic outlook and reports, grant interviews and participate in the discussion and analysis of contemporary issues on the media.
Qualification & Experience
Strong theoretical background in finance and economics with a minimum of 7 to 10-year research experience in investment banking environment. He must be a thorough-bred professional with excellent quantitative and analytical skill, good written and oral communication skill with a first degree in Business/Social Sciences or other related discipline. Post graduate qualifications such as MBA or Msc in Economics of Finance will be of added advantage.

3. Chief Strategist
The ideal candidate reports to the Group Managing Director (GMD) by communicating and implementing company's overall strategy internally and externally so that all employees understand the company-wide strategic plans and how they participate in the delivery of the company's overall goals. His responsibilities are built on three pillars namely: Strategy design, implementation and control, Innovative Finance and Business Development.

Qualification & Experience
A highly sociable personality with strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen. He must possess a good appreciation and understanding of strategic and business planning frameworks, principles and techniques. A Bachelor degree preferably in any business-related discipline and relevant postgraduate qualification are required. He must have at least 15-20 years’ work experience in business, financial advisory or investment banking with minimum of 5 years’ strategic experience in similar environment, management consulting or investment banking.
