You want to buy one thing or the other from someone, a handle or phone number; you get scammed of little money and, practically there is no way you can get your money back, the fraudster can receive your money from a bank, your bank cannot help you in this matter.
The only solution is to report the case to law enforcement agency (Police); this process will cost you not less than 50k(we speak from experience of thousands of Nigerians), because of this fact, a lot of people will let go the money. The issue is that the fraudster will keep scamming your friends and even your children in future.
