The matter should just end here and hopefully, Gov Diri will make Bayelsa indigenes proud through good governance and there will be no need to regard his emergence as a mistake. In fact, this very close shave should wake PDP up in Bayelsa and other states where they 'traditionally' hold sway.

Try not to confuse issues. For Rivers, the APC was barred from holding primaries by the court but they flouted that order and produced factional governorship candidates. It was already flawed from the word go!

No 2024 for Alaibe, with the exception of DSP Alamieyeiseigha and Goodluck Jonathan every Governor that has led Bayelsa State serve Timi Alaibe so what the heck about Timi Alaibe wanting to be Governor at all cost. Like Great Ogboru of Delta State and Sergeant Awuse of Rivers State they end up failing because God annointed them as KINGMAKERS not KINGS. The guy is right,the judge doublespoke and ended up creating problems for diri.with a good lawyer at appeal,alaibe can win.
The judge with the phrase internal affair has indirectly agreed that rules were breached and alaibe had a case.he did not consider the merit of the case but tactically dismissed it.why is he silent on what pdp constitution say about lg delegates who didn't satisfy the 90 day requirement? Is zamfara not internal affair of apc? Even if it is an internal affair,has the electoral act not clearly made internal party affairs justiciable? Since he couldn't declare alaibe winner,why not nullify the primaries
