*EBINA RADEMENE SIXTUS*, is am indigene of ABI Local Government Area of Cross River State. He is a *Graduate* from the *Department of Human* *Kinetics and Health Education, Faculty of* *Education, University of* *Calabar Calabar.*He was posted to Kwara State Yikpata camp for his national Youth Service Corps (nysc) with state code no Kw/19A/0584. He took part in different camping activities such as sports, red cross,cooking cooking competitions etc. Ebina* *Rademene Sixtus* with his dynamic qualities was *appointed as the CORPER* *LIAISON OFFICER(CLO)* in Bacita. During his administration he was the first to mark and celebrated the independence day on the 1st of Oct 2019, during this program all schools in Bacita were invited for match past, stakeholders and religious leaders of the community were also invited as guest and guest speakers, *during* *his administration he also* *organise quiz competition* for all the schools in his place of primary assignment. *Mr EBINA RADEMENE* *SIXTUS was a member of* *Environmental sub Cds,* he and others lead the team that embarked on a health awareness program titled *NEEDS FOR PERSONAL* *HYGIENE.* With all the responsibilities given to this man as the (CLO) he still embarked on a personal CDS PROJECT, in his words during am interview, he said he discover a segment of the community called CONGO EGBIMGHI in Bacita lacks access to portable water, he further said that the members of this part of the community drink from am unclean well and been a health educator he knows the health hazard involve in drinking well water. To this effect *EBINA RADEMENE* *SIXTUS* saw this as his personal burden and started struggling to see how he can source for funds from the community, Local government, State government, philanthropist politicians and religious organizations to drill a borehole for this people,amongst all challenges he encountered this young man never gave up but at the end his efforts and struggle for a better life of the people that are not related or connected to him yielded positive results, as the borehole was drilled and commissioned by the NYSC and representatives of the LGA were he is serving. The Local Government saw his remarkable contributions to humanity and recommended him immediately to the state, the Governor haven't seen the remarkable performance of this young intelligent young man gave him am AWARD of MERIT, as a means of appreciating his contributions to Bacita Community, Edu LGA and State at large.
