-Download from that page (Apex Launcher) app.
-After download done, go to top of the page, and then tap on "3dots" from top right corner & select "Downloads" to access download folder.
-tap on > apex launcher > settings > enable option "Allow from this sources" > tap on back arrow.
-tap on > install > open > continue.

-From there go to > MENU > Settings > Biometrics & Security > Fingerprints > Continue > PIN > Continue.
-Set your desire pin code there.
-After successfully setting up the pin code, just restart your device.

While completing the initial setup, you will be asked PIN Code, just enter the pin code that you have already setup, and from the gmail sign in screen, just tap on "SKIP" button to access your device normally.
