The All Progressives Congress appears to have begun preparations for life after the chairmanship of Adams Oshiomhole.

Staff and visitors to the party’s National Secretariat were taken aback when they noticed a change in the atmosphere at the party’s secretariat on Thursday.

For the first time since 2018 when Oshiomhole became the APC National Chairman, the billboard welcoming people to the secretariat which used to have the portraits of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd), and that of Oshimohole, now carries only Buhari’s portrait.

A staff of the party told The PUNCH in Abuja that “the changes were effected at 1:00 am today (Thursday). I don’t know who gave the orders or who paid for the changes but as you can see, only Buhari’s picture is on our welcome signpost”.

The motto here is simply no permanent friend or enemy but permanent interest, and that's bad for any nation seeking development.

It was effected around 1am. Lol. These are just immature behavior from Fayemi and his co travelers. As it stands today the only order directing INEC on who to recognize was given by the Kano high court.
5 members of NWC can purport to convene NEC. But you cannot build something on nothing. Whatever will be discussed at such a meeting will be null and void.
At this rate I will not be surprised if 5 members of the nwc suspend the other about 15 members and run to court asking the other 15 not to function.
The judiciary has failed democracy.
